I've spent 20+ years building tech products and leading teams, including at Google, Amazon, and Meta.
I'm an economist (M.A.) with experience in business consulting (PwC) as well as managing nation-scale budgets at Israel's Ministries of Defense and Health.
These days I'm hands-on helping companies adopt AI: building products, training teams, and shaping strategy.
I will build that AI product you don't have the bandwidth for. From AI-powered features and custom LLM pipelines to working prototypes. I work with founders and leaders, integrate with the dev team or work alone, use your stack or build whatever is needed from scratch.
I will lead group sessions to drive excitement and engagement across the organization. I will help you identify the people who will lead the change and work with them 1:1 to get them up to speed on techniques and tools. I will do this for development teams as well as other business units.
I will help review your processes and see what can be improved with AI. I will help you build the processes and pipelines you need, and I will train your team to be able to keep this momentum with self service tools.
I will work with leadership to find where AI creates new business opportunities, where it creates new threats, and then turn that into a clear, prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes.
